Symptoms

On FTP 8.1.1.1, Adjustment Rule with Conditional Assumption does not generate Liquidity Premium Rate.

Steps To Replicate:
1. Upgrade from FTP 6.1.1.1 to FTP 8.1.1.1.
2. Run Adjustment Rule with Conditional Assumption and no LIQUIDITY_PREMIUM_RATE gets generated.
   The Adjustment Rule is defined with Do not calculate as the default method.
   The Conditional Assumption is defined using Formula Based Rate.

Note: The same process generates rates in FTP 6.1.1.1.

Changes

 Recent upgrade from FTP 6.1.1.1 to FTP 8.1.1.1.
