OFSAA 8.1.1.1 Cash Flow Edit Process Cannot Run via Batch Execution (Doc ID 2806567.1)

Symptoms

On FTP 8.1.1.1, when attempting to run Cash Flow Edit process via Batch Execution, the process shows "Success" but not executed.


Steps To Replicate:

1. Run Cash Flow Edit Batch from Operations > Batch Execution.
2. Check Batch Monitor and the batch shows successful.
3. Check FSI_PROCESS_ERRORS for the batch and there is no entry.
4. Run Cash Flow Edit from the FTP Processing > Cash Flow Edits, and the process ran successfully and output is generated in FSI_PROCESS_ERRORS.
   The issue is only happening when running Cash Flow Edit process via Batch Execution.
