Symptoms

On RMB v2.9.0.1.0, INBOUND MESSAGE ERROR - LIST HAS 2 REFERENCES WITH THE SAME KEYS

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
--------------------
Membership XML throws error if there is an update received for the characteristic type for which there are already more than 1 rows present in characteristic list.
Error: List has 2 references with the same keys.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
------------------------
Characteristic data should be stored without any error and System should allow to process inbound message.

STEPS
-------------
1. Create the group customer setup and the Pricing Rule
2. Create a Membership and its member. The member must have 2 Membership Person Characteristics with the same Characteristic Type code but with different effective dates and values.
3. Update one of these Membership Person Characteristics to have the same value as the other one.
    a. Update the Membership Person Characteristic with a later effective date to have the same value as the one with an earlier effective date.
    b. Update the Membership Person Characteristic with an earlier effective date to have the same value as the one with a later effective date.
