TransactionAllocationScreen: From Fund Error

Symptoms
On : 11.3.0.7 version, General
DCATransfer Activity reports From Fundlimit Alert.
On Verification, it reports the following message when From Fund exists.
The 2 hard edit occurs even after removing the Fundlimit tag from TransactionAllocationScreen.
This could be issue with FillBy-AllocationFrom in DCA transaction.
ERROR

Error Number F005
Allocation Amount Must Be Greater Than 0.
Transfer From Allocation Must Exist.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to an active NRR Contract.
2. Add DCATransfer.
3. Perform the Amount transfer from 1 Fund to another.
4. Click Verify.
Activity should have the behavior as v10.
- Fundlimit alert should not exist when 1 From fund is added.
- From Fund Validation should not occur when from Fund exist and amount > 0
