Goal

SFP rejects SAFI with no courses after a new student drops: Customer stated that they were some students who were planning to attend, so SAFI were sent that contained these courses. However, now some of them won't be attending, so their financial aid package should be canceled as they aren't registered in any courses any more. There are no courses to send in the SAFI But the financial aid package should see the change in registration and become canceled. What do we do?
