Symptoms

On : Collaborator Workbench

When attempting to to personalize worksheets, by unchecking My Tasks
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
The page or file is not allowed to be viewed

 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Collaborator Workbench Administration
2. Set My Tasks is unchecked and My Worksheets is checked
3. Log into Collaborator Workbench
4. Click on Personalize.
It fails .
