Symptoms

When attempting to Get a file attachment using Chrome, Edge or Firefox nothing happens and when testing the File Manager Configuration page
the following error occurs.

ERROR
"Your connection is not fully secure
This site uses an outdated security configuration, which may expose your information (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards) when it is sent to this site.
NET::ERR_SSL_OBSOLETE_VERSION"


STEPS

  1. Log into Web Client
  2. Open any object with a file attachment
  3. Select the file attachment and click Get button
  4. Nothing happens

To test the File Manager Configuration page enter 
https://<server>:<port>/Filemgr/Configuration
