BO_DATA_AREA Not Updated During Field Activity Completion Event (Doc ID 2807329.1)

Symptoms

While running Field Activities, the D1_INSTALL_EVT.BO_DATA_AREA.latestBoStatus is not maintained correctly and can become out of sync with the BO_STATUS_CD field. In the example provided in the attached screenshots, the two values are out of sync after the completion events are finished. However, manually turning off and on the device gets the values back in sync.


It is expected that the D1_INSTALL_EVT.BO_DATA_AREA.latestBoStatus and BO_STATUS_CD field remains in sync.
