OPPM Does Not Navigate to the Item Specified in User Preference Settings after Initial Login (Doc ID 2807364.1)

On initial login to OPPM (https://<SERVICE_NAME>/prosight), the application automatically navigates to an item based on the user's application Preferences (ex. Entry Module, Item, Form).  However, when the user navigates away from the specified item, the next time the user navigates to OPPM by editing the browser address bar, the application disregards the Preference setting and instead directs the user to their last location.


OPPM should always navigate users to the item specified in their preferences.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. In OPPM, set the user preferences to start on a form.
  2. Navigate to an item, then to a different form.
  3. Edit the browser address bar to leave only https://<SERVICE_NAME>/prosight and press Enter.
  4. Observe the reported behavior.
