OPA V12 - SOAP Requests Timeout Without Response (Doc ID 2807546.1)

Symptoms

OPA v12 is getting timed out without any response because of the ADDMONTHS function not returning any value and cannot handle high date in OPA v12 whereas OPA v10 returning a response with a value (at least system is not crashed).


ERROR:


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Send a typical OPA request to v12
2. Having a SOAP Integration with a Java application, the OPA SOAP requests timeouts without a response
