Symptoms

When attempting to change the filter on the project view from "Currently Open" and "All",
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Event Code: AVAA0-0396-F

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. From the Projects view in P6 Pro.
  2. Attempt to change the filter to All from the tool bar.
  3. Note the error.
