"Crew X Assigned to Event Y" Popup Does Not Appear When Dragging Crew to Event

Symptoms
On : 2.4.0.1.0 version, Web Workspace
If you drag an event order to a crew you get a confirmation pop-up. If you drag the crew to the order you do not get the pop-up. If you click the crew, click the order and then click the wrench icon you do not get the pop-up.
The assignment popup behavior should be consistent.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps: 1. Drag an event to a crew, you not get a pop-up. 2. Drag multiple events to a crew, you not get a pop-up. 3. Drag the crew to the order you get a "crew assigned to event X" pop-up. 4. Drag multiple crews to an event, you get a "crew X and Y assigned to event Z" pop-up. 5. Click the crew, click the order and then click the wrench icon you do not get the pop-up.
