On : 12.0.0.3.0 version, ReRating
Consider this scenario:
1. Create a service with a cycle forward product on August 1st.
2. Override the cycle fee amount to $10 on August 1st.
3. Override the cycle fee amount to $6 on August 12th.
4. Rerate cycle forward events for related account.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
To prorate the amount $10 for August 1st to 11th and $6 for August 12th to 31st.
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) charges the amount $6 for the entire cycle.
