On : 2.2.0.1.0 version, Environment
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Upon adding start read dated 03-01-2020 index 4,122.450000, MDM keeps on changing it to 02-29-2020.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected that the correct date is stored and displayed consistently.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create new scalar reading with read date time of 03-01-2020 12:00 AM EST / Condition: Regular
2. Save new read
3. On the Initial Measurement Data screen
Section: Scalar Initial Measurement, IMD Date shows thru date as 02-29-2020 12:00AM EST
Section: Initial Measurement To Date Time shows 03-01-2020 12:00AM EST
