In OCI setup Batch Monitor Logs Not Visible From OFSAAI UI (Doc ID 2807932.1)

Symptoms

unable to view logs in batch monitor screen.

On : 8.1 and above version, Operations_OFSS

Environment type : OCI with SFTP enabled explicitly.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In 'Batch Monitor' screen, click of 'View Log' under 'Task Details' grid, opens up a blank page.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Click of 'View Log' under 'Task Details' in Batch Monitor screen should open up a new window on which task logs can be viewed.
 
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Operations >> Batch Monitor >> Click on 'View Log'

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access logs from UI.

Changes

 This is after a fresh installation of 8.1.x platform and apps on a cloud environment.
