When in Condensed View, WorkAgenda Shows Only A Single Value in the Summary Row's Event Type Column For Related Events (Doc ID 2807977.1)

Summary row for condensed events shows a single value for Event type

When two or more events are related and Work Agenda is showing the Condensed View, the summary row for the related events shows a single Event type of the lead event.
This presents an issue when the Lead event type was a NON-OUTAGE as the Event type column will show "NON", but other fields such as "Still out" or "Out" imply there are customer affected.

This field either should show the Event Type of all related events as a comma-separated list, such as "OUT, NON"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Create a non-outage
  2. Submit an outage call to create a probable service outage
  3. Check the Work Agenda
  4. The Evt Type column should list NON for the non-outage, and PSO for the outage
  5. Relate the two events
  6. Toggle to the condensed view
  7. The Evt Type column should list both values with a comma separating them: NON,PSO
    NOTE : If you have Flex Operations, the Event list there should also display NON,PSO
