SWIFT Payments are returning an invalid answer in JMS queue in TF (Doc ID 2807992.1)

Symptoms

Steps to reproduce :

Step 1 : Post swift message through sanctionpost jsp

Step 2 : Open Weblogic console -> Service -> JMS module -> RTI -> RTI Hold JMS Queue

Step 3 : Check for message response in JMS queue

Expected result :

Response must contain value on each variable in JMS response queue.

Actual result :

Message reference id and transaction reference id is not populated with values.

Issue Encountered :

 User received the response as below without the variables in JMS queue

{"STATUS":"HOLD", "MESSAGE REFERENCE":"${MSGREFID}", "TRANSACTION REFERENCE":"${TRANSINTREFID}", "EXTERNAL DATA":${EXTREFDATA}}
