Allocations Fail To Migrate in PFT 8.1.1 Object Migration With 'ORA-01722: invalid number' Error (Doc ID 2808070.1)

Symptoms

In PFT 8.1.1, when attempting to migrate an Allocation using the user interface Object Migration at Object Administration > Object Migration > Object Migration, the execution ends with a status of 'Completed' but the following error exists in the web layer pftapp.log:

[18-05-21 15:08:05,942 GMT PM] [DEBUG] [WEB] <<>>java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-01722: invalid number

java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-01722: invalid number

As a result, the Allocation fails to migrate.
