ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Data change dependency display problem in orchestration UI

Sometime after order creation, data change dependencies disappear from the orchestration UI Order Items and Order Components tabs, while no updates are made to the order.
Oddly they remain on the Summary subtab of the Order tab.

Expected behavior:
Data change dependencies should be displayed in all parts of the orchestration UI in a coherent way.
