ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Feature Configuration query fails to return other entries
Problem Description: The newly converted (v2.8) Feature Configuration query does not return other Feature Type entries that exist in the database. When a user tries to search for a particular Feature Configuration (that exists in the database), the search portal would say that it doesn’t exist. This leads the user to believe that the entry does not exist yet in the system and that the user would have to create a new entry. Upon adding a new Feature Configuration entry, the user would get an error saying a Feature Configuration of the Feature Type the user just entered already exists in the system.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Feature Configuration query should return other entries
