Error saving Portal with more than 10 characters

Length of value CM_XXXX(in bytes) too long for Field Program Com ID. Maximum length: 10 Found 11.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Error saving Portal with more than 10 characters
Problem
The portal page logs an error when the portal name is more than 10 characters.
Steps to Replicate
Add a new Portal with more than 10 characters. Click Save.
