Goal
On : 2.9.0.0.0 version, ENV - Environment
Time out happening after 2 minutes on transaction detail custom zone
Loss of functionality:
System is throwing the user out of the system when using the transaction detail screen for a huge data search.
Sequence of events:
- Go to transaction detail screen
- Select an account
- Provide start and end date
- Click on Search
Actual output:
The UI throws a web server did not respond error. When the user clicks on 'Ok', a 503 error is thrown.
Expected Output:
System should search up to 299 seconds before throwing an error from UI after 2 minutes.
