E2B Date Submitted Populated Is Earlier Than E2B Date Transmitted (Doc ID 2808393.1)

E2B Date Submitted is populated with the date/time when user marks the report submitted which results in Submitted date/time stamp earlier than transmission date/time stamp.

Error Codes: NA

This is consistent with all users. This was manifest in the EDI_TRACKING_ID being null for several instances.


1) Replication steps and explanations are added below:

1. Schedule 2 reports to PMDA
2. Lock Case
3. Generate Final Reports
4. Approve Reports
5. Search for report in Bulk Reports page
6. Check one of the reports as “Mark Reported As submitted” transmit report
7. Do not check "Mark as Submitted" for 1 report and transmit
8. Monitor Transmission
9. Check results:

  A) ACK Imported but report is not marked as submitted (report from step 7)
  B) ACK is imported and Date Submitted > Date Transmitted (report from step 6)


1. Schedule report
2. Lock Case
3. Generate Final Report
4. Approve Report
5. Search for report in Bulk Reports page
6. Check the “Mark Reported As submitted” for other report and transmit
7. Monitor Transmission
8. Check results: ACK Imported and date submitted < Date Transmitted
