ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

REPORT EXPORTS INTERPRET CERTAIN UTF HYPHEN CHARACTERS AS A QUESTION

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

It should not interpret certain UTF hyphen characters as a question

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Copy and paste text from word doc to the java client it show just fine in the java client.
2. Now export report which shows hyphen " - "character as question mark" ? " instead.
3. If we type in straight in the java client (Oracle - Export) then it fine in export report.
