Symptoms
CMRO ASCP Plan
Business users observed that ASCP doesn't recommend planned orders for Non standard job material requirements.
Results are inconsistent - some Non standard jobs see planned order requirements.
This issue happening for constrained plan without detailed scheduling only for Non Standard jobs.
e.g.
ASCP / Supply Chain Plan / Workbench - query item and review pegging results
Non standard job are past due and planning engine moved the due date to Sysdate
Component requirements have no supply
Components have post processing LT = 3 so that soonest supply will be on Day 3
Business requires setup for plan - MSO: Lead Time Control - DO_NOT_VIOLATE_MIN_PROC_TIMES
Business tried using MSO: Lead Time Control - VIOLATE_MIN_PROC_TIMES - but the plan would create new planned orders due on Day1 of plan even when we have firm supply on Day 3 and this is not acceptable.
