Symptoms

Reimreceiptwriteoff batch is taking more than one hour to complete for 3k receipts.

Steps To Recreate:

1. Set up records in shipment table with ship_date and receive_date<vdate-close_open_receipt_days for orders that have no invoices in system.
2. Run reimreceiptwriteoff batch.
3. Notice that the batch takes more than 1 hour.
