Need To Update A Dynamic Field Field Definition (Doc ID 2808710.1)

Goal

We currently have a dynamic field at POL_POLICY_ENROLLMENTS level.
This field has a field definition as Numeric 1, 0.
We need to increase the field size to 2, but we cannot simply update the field definition, cause the same field definition is being used in other dynamic fields.

And we cannot create a new field and migrate the old data, cause for that, we would need to edit and submit all the policies which are already in the system.

Can you create a query to run in the DB, and make this change?
