Goal
User have a question regarding passing of empty values in a service, when a value is empty we would like pass the following xml tag as part of the service
as opposed to pass nothing, however keeping the value empty passes nothing. We tried passing #EMPTY, but that passed that did not populate the tag either. Is it possible to populate the xml tag without any values?
e.g. in the OUTA service C1-PremiseUpdate, we want to pass an empty element for , not doing so picks up a default value. We wanted to see if there is a way for OUTA services to pass null value but still pass the tag since if the tag is present a default value is populated, which is not the desired result.
