ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Customer credit score should get inserted with the new record, whether it is for new or existing customer (updatecustomerinfo)in the Account onboard request webservice.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should insert the new credit score when account onboard request is received irrespective of updatecustomerinfo flag
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Send a Webservice request(Json) for account onboard request with updatecustomerinfoflag as Y
2. Check the customer credit score whether the Account onboard with new credit score is inserted or updating the existing score
