Create Import Order with Sup and Loc w different VAT Reg - Batch job EDIDLINV includes VAT Code

Steps to Recreate:

1) Create an Import Order (with Supplier and Location in Different VAT Regions)
2) Ship and Receive
3) Run RMS Batch Job EDIDLINV
Notice that VAT rate is included in generated output file and it should not be included
