Validate response having multiple elements with the same tag name
  Example: BillSegmentRead component has multiple tags with one name for service quantity and calc lines.
  Per the Oracle team’s response on this issue: There are a couple of new libraries that are currently available on our cloud version, we will be porting them over to our on-premise version and will release a patch for the same.
