Renaming a flow creates a new flow with the updated name and is unable to make any modifications to the old flow structure.
Steps to reproduce:
• Step1: Created a flow “CM_PremiseAddMeterConfig" In Custom Module and moved the same flow to the “CM_Demo” module.
• Step2 : Tried renaming the flow “CM_PremiseAddMeterConfig" to “CM_AddMeterConfig".
• Step3: New flow has been created instead of renaming the existing one.
• Step4: Unable to make any changes to the flow “CM_PremiseAddMeterConfig" when we click on Update Flow structure
