Goal

After upgrading from 12 P2 to 12 PS3 env, user not able to see DiameterReplayer configuration in charge-sharing.xml file, but one is able to see the same in direct installation of 12 PS3.
Can one add DiameterReplayer configuration in charge-sharing.xml file and use it ?
