On : 2.5.0.1.0 version, MICC Transfer to TSC

3 Decimals in CCB 2.5

There is a requirement to have an amount Value with 3 Decimals after point Ex: 12.159 R.O. Currently, CCB is used with 2 decimals but still, receiving the same request from Business users to allow CCB to add values with 3 decimals.
