Symptoms
SAF Queues are not responding on OSM Weblogic
Seeing the below error though the SAF queue is created.
Caused By: javax.naming.NameNotFoundException: While trying to lookup 'O2A_SAFImportedDestinations@OSMSIT_MS1@oracle.communications/ordermanagement/WebServiceCreateProvisioningOrderQueue' didn't find subcontext 'O2A_SAFImportedDestinations@OSMSIT_MS1@oracle'. Resolved ''; remaining name 'O2A_SAFImportedDestinations@OSMSIT_MS1@oracle/communications/ordermanagement/WebServiceCreateProvisioningOrderQueue'
