On : version, Web Switching

A "Invalid Email Address" error dialog appears when trying to save a new switching sheet or switching request.

For example:
#nmstech@<some domain>
support&mgmt@<some domain>

Is seems like "#" and "&" are now rejected.  There may be other characters that also


 Upgrade to 2.4 which is now rejecting valid email addresses that contain certain characters.
