Symptoms

After upgrading from 8.0.7 to 8.1, when logging in through Chrome, the entire Data Management -> Data Sources -> Summary Screen is blank. In Microsoft Edge, it also shows a blank screen.

Check of several other application screens show issues as well although some screens look fine.
