Issue:

Create a report template such as CIOMS-II including the case narrative.

When print out the report, the report generation failed with the error status in (menu) Reports > Compliance > Report Generation Status.

Click the link of the error status and the report generations failed at the "Creating the output file" stage".

The following error is displayed in (menu) Utilities > Logs > View Error Log

Argus Safety.COM :- Oracle error 1 occurred.
ORA-02291: integrity constraint (ARGUS_APP.FK_RPSM_REG_REPORT_ID) violated - parent key not found
SQL: select * from rpt_saved_msg where rec_type = :P_REC_TYPE and reg_report_id = :REG_RPT_ID

Steps to replicate the issue:

1. Go to Reports > Aggregate Report > CIOMS-II Line Listing (for example)
2. In the Line Listing tab, select "Case Narrative" field
3. Save the report template
4. Print output the report
5. Go to Reports > Compliance > Report Generation Status
6. Monitor the report generation status
7. Confirm that status shows as "Error"
8. Click the link of the error status
9. Confirm that the report generations failed at the "Creating the output file" stage"
