Error While Accepting E2B File (Doc ID 2809450.1)

Symptoms

While accepting E2B file which is followup the below error is observed:
Reports > ICSR Pending
[Accept ICSR] button

Argus Safety.COM :- Oracle error 1 occurred.

After deselecting all the lab data in incoming file the user was able to import.
