Symptoms

On all versions of Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC or NCC) above 5.0.3 (inclusive), performing a full re-synchronization between the Service Logic Controllers (SLCs) and Voucher Wallet Servers (VWS') to the Service Management Server (SMS) suffers from extremely poor speeds once the full resync starts processing the CCS_ACCT_ACCT_REFERENCE table.

The speed of the full resync can be monitored in the smsMaster log.
