Oracle Policy Modeling Add-in is Not Automatically Loaded in MS Excel (Doc ID 2810084.1)

Symptoms

Oracle Policy Modeling tab is not getting automatically loaded in the top ribbon/bar when MS Excel starts.

Developers need to manually disable and re-enable the add-in each time they start the MS Excel.

Users have no problems running OPM in conjunction with Office Word.

 

Steps to Reproduce:

Open the MS Excel and notice that 'Oracle Policy Modeling' tab is not getting automatically loaded in the top ribbon bar.

Changes

 Users are recently started running OPM in a Windows 10 and Office 365 environment with locked down settings to comply with Common Operating Environment hardening guidelines provided by their Cyber Security Center.
