Symptoms
On : 12.2.10 version, User Interface
After upgrade to 12.2.10 certain forms will not open.
The problem occurs in the forms
Navigation Advanced Supply Chain Planner : Supply Chain Planner : Options

When the DBA kills the session, the following error is seen briefly:
ERROR

Exception caused in set_unconstrained_mrp_mode' appears.
A second error that is appearing in the Instance Organizations form:
APP-FND-00005: Incorrect arguments were passed to user exist #MESSAGE_STRING "FND_FLEX_PRIVATE.FLEX_CLOSE_SPOL failure. SQLERRM: Please correct the user exist call in your form exit.
FRM-40735: ON-ERROR trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01001
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Instance upgraded to R12.2.10.
3. Latest Cumulative Update patch is applied per note 1361221.1.
4. Trying to open the forms mentioned above are resulting in errors impacted.
