Units left in Variable Fund after liquidation.
When a Variable Fund the complete fund is depleted ( the total amount is removed by remove by Fund Assignment),
the total units are not liquidating to 0, as a result after few weeks when unit price goes high for that Fund then few cents are appearing in the depleted Fund.

When the Fund is completely liquidated that is amount is equal to 0 then the ending unit Funds should also be 0.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform a Fund transfer from A to B where 100% of money in Fund A is moved to Fund B.
2. Validate the money in Fund A after the transaction is processed.
