Symptoms
After upgrading Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) from 12.0 PS3 IP3 to IP4, 4012 error is coming instead of redirection URL.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Redirection URL to be send once the bucket is finished and should raise Subscribe-Notifications-Request (SNR).
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install ECE 12.0 PS3 IP4
2. Create one customer with 1 GB data plan
3. Configure ECE that it will send redirection URL (for online session ) once the data bucket is finished and it will raise SNR.
