Billing Care Not Working After Upgrade To 12PS4 (Doc ID 2810319.1)

Goal

After upgrading Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) 12PS3 to PS4, since the Billing Care (BC) has no upgrade, after performing the below steps, the application stopped working and the following error occurs: 

1. Uninstall Billing Care 12.0.0.3 using OUI;
2. Top and remove the deployments from Weblogic;
3. Install Billing Care 12.0.0.4;
