After Upgrade to 12.2.5 or higher - ATP Post Plan Processing Request Ends In Warning and the ATP Plan Run with 24x7 Setup is not Available in the Planner Workbench (Doc ID 2810380.1)

Symptoms

12.2.5 or later when upgrading from a lower release

This example was an instance upgraded from 12.1.3 to 12.2.9

ASCP (R) /Supply Chain Plan / Launch - pick ATP plan and launch with 24x7 enabled in parameters

All plan related requests complete with successfully, then the ATP Post Plan Processing request has Warning and does not launch the 24x7 ATP Switch Plan request - therefore the Plan is not available in form /Supply Chain Plan / Workbench

The following error was found in the ATP Post Plan Processing Request log file:

Exception in call to Call_Schedule
Return Status :
Error Message : ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character to number conversion error
Unexpected Error. Sync Call To ATP failed
Sync Error: Unable to continue further

 

Changes

 This is an instance which is upgraded from 12.1.3 to 12.2.9
