Symptoms
After upgrade from Oracle Life Sciences Data Management Workbench (DMW) 2.4.8 to DMW 3.1.0 version,
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
File Watcher load files are not detected after placing them in the File Watcher folders.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It would be expected that the File Watcher files to be detected.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Open a Data Model having File Watcher already set from previous DMW version.
2. Place a file into the File Watcher folder.
3. Check if the file is detected by the File Watcher.
