Loading New Template In UEMapper In Linux Fails With Error Exception Error

Symptoms
On Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) 12.0.0.3.0 version, for Developer Center running on Linux, when trying to load a new template in UEMapper, the following error occurs in the terminal:
To be noted nothing is happening in Developer Center Graphical User Interface(GUI).
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run runDeveloperCenter.sh; The tool starts
2. Click UEMapper
3. Select New Template
4. Select a data file
Nothing happens in the GUI
In the console, we get the above error
