Goal

Item Demand/Supply form(INVDVDSD) shows Sales Orders even though VISIBLE_DEMAND_FLAG Are 'N'.
The item is ATO item and the order line type does not include Ship activity.
MRP_DEMAND_OM_RESERVATIONS_V shows followings.

PRIMARY_UOM_QUANTITY:1
TOTAL_RESERVATION_QUANTITY:0
COMPLETED_QUANTITY:0
VISIBLE_DEMAND_FLAG:N
ATO_LINE_ID:<line_id>
OPEN_FLAG:Y
