ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Cycle based Collection(CBC) fee batch job does not pick up fee setup from global fee setup

Expectation is , If CBC fee set up is not available at instrument(contract) level , system should refer from global fee setup.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should refer the Global setup when cycle based feed set up is disabled at contract level

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Disable the cycle based fee set up at contract level
2. Verify cycle based fee set up is available at global set up
3. create an account with cycle based fee collection
4. Verify whether system created the cycle based fees at Fees tab
